Psychodynamic Therapy.
Psychodynamic therapy is a flexible form of therapy that combines different techniques, tailored to the needs of the client. The goal is to provide insight into the causes of problems and to make use of the client’s self-healing abilities. Therapy works on both the conscious and unconscious level to support processing, healing, and personal growth.
Approach
First, we explore together what the core is of what you (or both of you) are struggling with. Then, using techniques such as EMDR, NLP, Family Constellations, Regression, EFT, Grief Therapy, Inner Child Work, Mindfulness, and Parts Work, we work on bringing movement and change into the situation.
This helps you better understand your emotions, thoughts, reactions, and relationships. It increases your self-insight and awareness, allowing lasting personal development and enabling you to stand more strongly in life.
Relationship Therapy.
In Relationship Therapy I combine Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and systemic work to both strengthen the emotional connection between partners and provide insight into the broader context of their relationship.
EFT helps partners recognize and express their feelings, break old patterns, and build a secure emotional bond. This creates more intimacy, understanding, and mutual trust.
Systemic work also looks at the relationship within a larger whole: how family history, beliefs, cultural influences, and other relationships affect the interaction between partners. By exploring these patterns, couples gain insight into recurring conflicts and learn to make more conscious choices in their relationship.
By combining EFT and systemic work, couples can not only better understand and share emotions, but also recognize the underlying dynamics that create tension. The result is deeper connection, more mutual understanding, and a stronger, more resilient partnership.
Do You Experience Any of the Following Themes?
• Anxiety, anger, sadness, guilt, shame
• Depression, burnout, insomnia, grief, lack of self-confidence
• Identity issues, relationship and family problems
• Trauma processing
• Health and meaning-of-life questions
Therapy vs. coaching:
Therapy works “backwards”: where does the problem come from and what is needed to heal it?
Coaching works “forward”: this is where I am now, that’s where I want to go - how do I get there?

I am a passionate therapist who enjoys working with you to find the core issue and then gently - and sometimes confrontationally - remove it. I listen without judgment and consider humor an important aspect of my sessions. I have several psychodynamic tools to work with you on both your connection with yourself and with others. My preference lies in systemic work and constellations.
More than once in my life I have thought: “I wish they had given me a manual when I was born - Lisa’s personal manual.” Time and again I asked myself: Why do I do what I do? Why do I feel what I feel? Why do I repeat the same patterns endlessly, even when I know they don’t work?
During my studies at the Academy for Psychodynamics - and the entire journey afterwards - I gradually received that manual.
I gained insight into what my patterns were and how they worked. I began to understand how they had developed. I realized that I no longer needed everything I learned as a child. And above all, I learned how to truly connect with myself - and therefore also with others.
I noticed that all the answers to life’s questions were already inside me, but that I had unlearned how to access them. I often looked to others for solutions to fix my problems. But that turns out not to be necessary - or even possible.
When we connect with ourselves and access our inner answers, life feels much lighter and easier. I’ve seen this in myself, and in my clients.
The answers and solutions to our pain lie within us.
You just need some help reconnecting with yourself and those answers. That is what I can offer you as a psychodynamic therapist. In a safe environment, I help you reconnect with the self-healing capacity that already resides within you.
If I believe you need other professional care or support, I will always refer you.
Constellations.

“What is invisible becomes visible.”
Sometimes we stay stuck in certain patterns - for example in relationships or at work - without understanding why. Constellations and systemic work help reveal which unconscious elements from your past play a role.
Much of how you think, feel, and act comes from the family you grew up in. Even if you have little contact with them now, the people and events from earlier life still influence you - often without you realizing it.
Families have invisible rules and patterns passed down from generation to generation. These can cause you to keep doing what you’ve always done, even if it doesn’t help.
A (family) constellation can make these hidden patterns visible. Once you see what is really happening, it becomes easier to free yourself from what holds you back. Systemic work looks not only at you as an individual, but at the whole system (such as your family or organization) of which you are a part.
You can participate as a questioner or a representative.
• Questioner: brings in a personal theme they are struggling with
• Representative: does not bring in a personal question but participates intuitively in constellations for others. This can be surprisingly valuable, as what you experience in a constellation often brings insights for yourself as well. Many participants find this deepening, healing, and connecting.
During a constellation day, 3-4 constellations take place.

Complaints Procedure
If you have a complaint about a treatment, we will first try to discuss it together.
You may also involve an independent complaints officer. They can help formulate the complaint or dissatisfaction and assist in finding solutions. The therapist has the right to be informed of this. The practice is affiliated with Quasir for this purpose.
If the involvement of the complaints officer or the handling of your complaint is not satisfactory, you can contact the Zorggeschil disputes committee.
